Gallery Square is constructed of a combination of brick, cedar, HardiPanel and HardiPlank and a commercial-grade roof, along with high-quality Anderson Windows. The development is highly energy-efficient and features large south-facing windows for passive-solar heating.

Each two-bedroom loft also have a private rooftop deck, offering gorgeous views of down and the bridges. Gallery Square was designed with the idea of allowing city dwellers to still experience the outside, with a landscaped courtyard, outdoor party deck, balconies and rooftop decks ensuring that every resident has their own outdoor space.
