Gallery Square Lofts and Condos is located in the growing East Market Gallery District - Louisville's new hip neighborhood. The area is home to the First Friday Trolley Hop, where thousands of people each month transform East Market Street in an art street party.

The neighborhood, part of Phoenix Hill just east of downtown Louisville, is being transformed, as new homes and condos are being built and historic buildings are being renovated. The former Clarksdale project has been demolished - and new homes, condominiums and apartments are sprouting in its place.
